Since 1965 Clem Mikeska has been serving some of Texas' finest Bar-B-Q. Everything at Clem's is made from scratch. We specialize in sirloin and brisket and we make our own sausage. All of our side dishes are freshly made from scratch, like our potato salad, cole slaw, brown beans, hot buttered potatos and pea salad. We offer banana pudding and cobblers for dessert. Our restaurant is cafeteria style and we have a drive-thru for convenience. We offer plate lunches, sandwiches, or sell everything by the pound.
