Just call 254-778-5481 or 1-800-344-4699 and speak to Anna, Angela, or Stephen and place your order. We ship FedEx next business morning to insure quality. Give us at least two days to pack and hard freeze your order and a day to ship. There is a 5 pound minimum, a $10.00 packing fee and the FedEx fee varies.

Our BBQ Sirloin Tri Tip: $8.49/lb
We Bar-B-Q a sirloin cut of beef instead of brisket. This cut of beef is leaner and has a very distinct beef flavor. It is very unique and delicious. We season it with our very own seasoning and cook to perfection. None of this meat will be wasted. In other words there is very little fat. You will definitely taste the difference.


Clem's Homemade Sausage: $6.95/lb
Clem and son Stephen and crew make all of our sausage homemade. It is a combination of beef and pork, seasoned and smoked to perfection all at our location. This sausage stands above any sausage you will ever eat!!! No Joke!!!


Bar-B-Q Pork Ribs: $7.95/lb
These pork ribs are among the best in Texas (according to us and David Rosengarten of the Rosengarten Report). We season the ribs with our very own seasoning and Bar-B-Q to perfection. You can't go wrong with these ribs.


Bar-B-Q Chicken: $6.95 each
Our Bar-B-Q chicken is so good you will flip. Again like all of our other meats, we season our chickens with our very own seasoning and Bar-B-Q to a golden brown. The chickens are not overly smoked to insure we keep them juicy!!! Try them, we guarantee you will like them.
